REALTORS and Affiliates came together at Rocketdyne Church for the All Member Meeting. 62 REALTORS and Affiliates attended this event. We enjoyed Fried Chicken with the Fix ins' provided by Central Bank and Strawberry Shortcake provided by SMB. Wil Klein was our guest speaker and gave a lot of great info on how to get your name out there! Sally Bush gave us an update on the Granby Dog Park Fundraiser. Scholarships were presented to the winners and several door prizes were given out. REALTORS voted on the 2024 Board members. It was a great event. Thank you to all who made it possible.

Neosho fish Hatchery hosted an event for Seniors to come a fish. Everette Laughlin represented REALTORS at this event. He had a wonderful time fishing with them!
Four Corners REALTORS hosted their 2nd annual golf tournament to raise money for New-Mac CSAS. They provide advocates for children in the foster system. There was 24 teams who played, 27 Hole Sponsors, 10 Executive Sponsors, and Griffith Motors was the Major sponsor this year. There was a silent auction, raffle for a Lazy-Boy Recliner, and games to play to raise even more money. All together over $8000 was raised for New-Mac CASA! Thank you to all the wonderful volunteers who made this event possible. Thank you to everyone who made this possible!

She went over advertisement statues and rules, what to expect during an audit, the top 5 violations, how legislation works for MREC, the new licensing system MOPRO, and lots more. The day was packed full of lots of valuable information for REALTORS.
Can you find all the violations in the advertisement below? There are over 6 of them! Apex Title and Closings provided Domino's pizza for lunch for everyone. Thank you to all who helped make this an amazing event for us! Members enjoyed a wonderful information packed training from 8am-12pm at the Rocketdyne Church in Neosho. They learned lots of great techniques to help those in need that could help save a life until they can get to medical care. Newton County Sheriff's office Deputy Martin and Deputy Pooler had a wonderful presentation and hands on training. hose who attended the Mass Casualty Preparation Instructional were blown away by the information and hands on training we received. From school or community shootings, traffic accidents, tornadoes, workplace incidents, we absorbed some great information.
We had an amazing turn out for our April All Member meeting. Four Corners Realtors provided a BBQ Sandwich meal, Kevin VanStory provided the homemade baked beans, Newton County Title provided dessert and Apex Title provided the water. Breanna Vanstrom and Zack Brown came and talked about RPAC and Missouri Realtors. There was a Special Surprise Auction for Easter Baskets that contained $5 up to $50 in them with lottery tickets. Becky Cobb did a wonderful job auctioning them off. There was also a silent auction for a lot of wonderful items. We raised $5,288.50 and all proceeds went to RPAC. What an amazing group of members! Thank you to all who came and enjoyed the day with us.
Steve Graham Lead Counsel from Missouri Realtors came to review Residential Listing Agreements and Sales Contract with our members. Tons of great information and Questions asked! Lunch was provided by Waco Title which was an amazing spread of Mazzio's! Thank you to all that attended and help make this great class possible.
