Thanks to all the Local Realtors and Affiliates who donated to the donation for the McDonald County Living Center. We delivered a lot of goodies for the residents and money towards hair cuts. They were so happy to receive all the wonderful donations.

Kudos to everyone who brought donations for Anderson nursing home as well. Way to go for your community spirit! We were able to gather many health and beauty as well as snack and workbook items as well as a generous $254 cash donation. NMCAR REALTOR days at the State Capitol
It was a dark and stormy morning when a group of local REALTORS left Neosho at 5:30 am to make the journey to our State Capitol in Jefferson City. We were able to visit with our state legislators about topics that may affect individual property rights and private home ownership - fundamentals to RPAC. Our REALTORS had studied talking points to familiarize themselves with four different topics that may have adverse effects on those rights. Thank you to Ben Baker, Dirk Deaton, Mike Moon, and a Cody Smith for your attention. Thank you to Lisa Hartman Wilson, Teresa Bennett, Susan Forbes, Sally Bush, Dan Forbes, Shannon Frieling, Kevin VanStory, and Ramona Lannon for your time and work for our REALTORS. If you want to know more about these topics, please ask one of these local leaders! Thank you Missouri REALTORS for your support and guidance. We had an amazing group of Realtors, Affiliates and family come and help serve our community at Hope Kitchen in Neosho. Helpers cooked up Chili, hotdogs, pineapple upside down cake. They served all the donated food to local residents and cleaned up afterwards. What a great way to help serve the community. Thank you all that helped out!
Bill DuParri and Justin Barnes presented to Agents about Realtor Safety. This presentation was packed full of great information. Arvest Bank provided lunch for all who attended for free. This was an amazing event! Thank you to all who participated. Thank you to our great Affiliates who showed up early to network with our REALTORS!
The breakfast provided by the REALTORS was wonderful and I hope our Affiliates felt the genuine appreciation by those in attendance. To help prepare better for the New 2022 Forms and Revisions and Enhancements, we offered 3 classes for our members to go over said changes. Our instructor this year was Dan Forbes, former NMCAR President. Classes were available to attend to all members in Cassville, Pineville, and Neosho. All classes food was provided and were Free. We had a great turn out for all 3 classes.
During our December Event we held a Silent Auction to raise money for local food pantries. We had a record amount raised this year thanks to all our members. A total of $1967 was raised and donated to 3 local Pantries. Newton County Food Basket Brigade, McDonald County Crosslines Food Pantry and Cassville Food Pantry were all surprised by how much we raised. THANK YOU ALL THAT DONATED!
December 14th we had an All Member Luncheon for members to celebrate the year. 86 Members enjoyed a wonderful meal catered by Cakes By Diane. Ben Baker was our guest speaker. We had a silent auction raising money for 3 local food pantries. The Board Members for 2022 were sworn in and also the New agents from the year. Many awards were presented also to members for their achievements. It was a fun filled event.
Several of our Members put together a great float for the parade. The realtor R was surrounded by lights, straw bales, and Agency Signs. Realtors handed out candy to all the children. It was a beautiful night for a parade. We had 35 attendees for this event and we all look forward to next year.
