Members enjoyed a wonderful information packed training from 8am-12pm at the Rocketdyne Church in Neosho. They learned lots of great techniques to help those in need that could help save a life until they can get to medical care. Newton County Sheriff's office Deputy Martin and Deputy Pooler had a wonderful presentation and hands on training. hose who attended the Mass Casualty Preparation Instructional were blown away by the information and hands on training we received. From school or community shootings, traffic accidents, tornadoes, workplace incidents, we absorbed some great information.

We had an amazing turn out for our April All Member meeting. Four Corners Realtors provided a BBQ Sandwich meal, Kevin VanStory provided the homemade baked beans, Newton County Title provided dessert and Apex Title provided the water. Breanna Vanstrom and Zack Brown came and talked about RPAC and Missouri Realtors. There was a Special Surprise Auction for Easter Baskets that contained $5 up to $50 in them with lottery tickets. Becky Cobb did a wonderful job auctioning them off. There was also a silent auction for a lot of wonderful items. We raised $5,288.50 and all proceeds went to RPAC. What an amazing group of members! Thank you to all who came and enjoyed the day with us.
Steve Graham Lead Counsel from Missouri Realtors came to review Residential Listing Agreements and Sales Contract with our members. Tons of great information and Questions asked! Lunch was provided by Waco Title which was an amazing spread of Mazzio's! Thank you to all that attended and help make this great class possible.
February 16th wen had a awesome turnout for our Affiliate Appreciation Event! Everyone enjoyed the Taco Bar and desserts.

The Following Affiliates had tables set up at the event: First Community Back, Apex Title, Arvest Bank, Bo Knows Home Inspections, Central Bank & Trust, Central Bank, Cornerstone Bank, Flat Branch Bank, Gateway Mortgage, Meridian Title, Newton County Title, Nook & Kranny, SMB, Total Lending Concepts, USA Mortgage, and Waco Title! Thank you to all the agents who came to network and show their appreciation for their affiliates. Many Realtors and Affiliate Members attended our annual Awards Banquet. A wonderful lunch was provided with Lasagna, Chicken Alfredo, salad and dessert. Several New Realtors were sworn in. There were many awards given out to Affiliate of the Year, Realtor of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and several others. Steve Kenny was recognized for all he has done as a Realtor and his retirement. There was an auction that all proceeds went to benefit 3 local food pantries. Everyone had a wonderful time!
Fellow REALTORS and Affiliates joined us at the Newton County Library in Neosho to learn about Trusts and enjoy a great meal. Holly Mitchell from Newton Title Company presented about 1031 Tax Exchanges. David Sims from Sims Law Office presented about Trusts. It was a great and informative presentation. Thank you to NCAT for providing lunch for everyone also. Many Affiliates, Realtors and their Family attended our annual Halloween Gala at Riverbend Casino. Everyone enjoyed a wonderful meal, music, and company. Many fun games were played with lots of prizes given out. There was a dessert auction with many delicious desserts available. A total of $2,159 was raised from the auction to go for RPAC. Many great costumes were adorn and prizes given out for the top 3 costumes. What a wonderful time we all had.
NMCAR held their first Golf Tournament to benefit the Neosho VFW. We had 24 Hole Sponsors, 15 Executive Sponsors and 1 major sponsor. 20 Teams played in the tournament. Everyone had a wonderful time playing golf and enjoyed a wonderful lunch that was provided. A total of $8000 was raised to go to the VWF to make improvements on their building. What a successful 1st Tournament we had!
We had a great turn our for the Hope Kitchen September 27, 2022. REALTORS served up BBQ sandwiches with beans, chips and homemade cupcakes. Everyone had a wonderful time. Thank you to all who participated.
August 25th from 12-1:30pm Many NMCAR Members enjoyed learning about all the new changes to Appraisals at the Neosho Library. Lunch was Chick Fil A provided by Guaranty Bank, Waco Title provided the cupcakes for desert, and Apex Title provided the water. It was packed full of great information provided by 4 of our Appraisers.
